| To Download and install ComAgent:
After you've logged into your E-mail, you will have a link in the left
frame (or at the top of your screen, depending on the Theme you've chosen) that
says OPTIONS.
Do a single click on OPTIONS.
At the bottom of your OPTIONS page is a link that says ComAgent.
Do a SINGLE click on the ComAgent link and the screen will appear similar
to that below.
Click on the DOWNLOAD THE COMAGENT INSTALLER link.
Once you've clicked on the link you will want to OPEN (or RUN) from the
Current Location:
You may have to click on OPEN twice to begin the download
Once you've clicked OPEN the next screen to appear will display the
following:
Note: If you have a high speed connection such as a cable modem or DSL,
the above screen shot may appear for only a second or two.
Once the installation begins the first screen to appear is:
Following that you will see:
Click on Next.
Accept the default settings on the following screen and click NEXT:
Continue to accept the default settings and click NEXT:
You're almost ready to install, just click on NEXT:
Once you've clicked NEXT the following screen will appear and finish the
installation:
You will see the following icon in the task bar once ComAgent is loaded:
